Skipped the whole handing over gold to the exchequer and went right to Illerya being back out on the mean streets of the Borderland Keep.

He lives outside the Keep all the time! He must know some geography, right?
If you really don’t know what to do, even if it’s a bad idea, at least it’s something.

Tried a slightly different technique for rain on this page. I even roll the weather randomly and sometimes it just rains. I think the Hermit chose a bad location for a Hermitage.
